The Petal and the Stem did an excellent job with a last-minute request for flowers delivered to a coworker that sadly lost her mother the previous evening. I easily placed the order on their website, and then had a couple of follow-up questions. When I called, I received their voicemail, but they called me back within five minutes and the order was complete. They were able to deliver the order on the same day, which I thought was amazing. 1-800-Flowers said they couldn't do so for close to a week! They also sent me a picture of the bouquet and it looked lovely.
